Sleep Assessment - Genova - Saliva test

This is a test kit that would be sent with you.  It is collected at home. 

Cost is $179 for the baseline test.  If you want to add the cortisol awakening response add $35 to that total.  

You will need to send me the QR code before you send the kit in to enable me to register the kit.
